Invoking 'Launch Xfe as root' just runs 'su -c xfe' (or 'sudo su -c xfe' if you choosed the authentication using sudo) in a terminal and then it's the su command that asks you for a password. There is no xfe password stored anywhere, for obvious security reasons.
